This position can be hybrid or remote. The Manager, Strategic Growth & Commercial Integration is responsible for organizing and delivering the planning and proposal activities for the strategic priorities of Westinghouse Government Services in the marketplace. This includes, but is not limited to providing advice, analysis, support, and direct interface with the WEC counterparts in Fuel, OPS and Energy Systems. This role is responsible for leading and managing the WGS Commercial Integration team. Challenges faced are often complex and require meaningful investigation and analysis. Requires ability to influence others to accept and adhere to practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and to secure authorization from WGS executive leadership. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering presentations to WGS leadership and governance. This role is US Remote with a preference for our Cranberry Township, PA HQ location or any other location where Westinghouse currently has work site. Excpected travel in North America is between 10-15% per year.

Your Day to Day:

  • Develop and maintain collaborative, liaison relationship with counterparts in WEC Fuel, OPS and Energy Systems business units
  • Manage and organize WGS capture strategy meetings for Key Opportunities to inform business decisions.
  • Lead technical proposal development team and oversee contract changes
  • Define the bid preparation level of support, effort and bidding schedule
  • Define project execution strategy, risk register and work breakdown structure, project schedule and RACI
  • Develop cost workbooks, adhere to and support the LOA processes across organizations, and submit compliant bids and proposals,
  • Identify additional resource requirements as necessary.
  • Responsible for the development and coordination of communication materials for WGS Leadership Monthly Business Review meetings, Quarterly Business Review meetings, Monthly Operations Review meetings, and WGS Board of Director meetings. Present Business Development materials as applicable.
  • Maintain adherence to D365 to ensure opportunity relevance and follow thru
  • Monitor the emergent and strategic market trends, market demand patterns, and competitor moves to feed product marketing plan and support capture teams.
  • Support Account teams in Growth Planning, Key Opportunity Review and deep dives (Including capture plan development.

Who You Are:

  • B.S. in Engineering or relevant management field
  • M.S. in Business Management or relevant related field is highly desirable.
  • 7+ years experience, 10 years of experience preferred
