THIS IS FOR A FUTURE OPENING

Floor Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Clean, maintain, and/or restore floor surfaces.

* Sanitize highly trafficked spaces which may contain biohazardous waste.

* Even the gloss, polish, or sealant coating on surfaces with a cloth or specialized buffing tool.

* Utilize industrial or commercial grade cleaning products or equipment.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Works in all areas of the facility.

* Moves intermittently during working hours.

* Is subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, personnel and visitors.

* Communicates with maintenance personnel and other facility personnel.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

* None.On-the-job training provided.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

* Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
