CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Summary: Plans, coordinates, and executes individual MCIS and Simulation (puckster) training at echelons ranging from Squad to Corps; Perform classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable simulations and/or mission command information systems. Executes training on the system IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) following approved course instructional times. This individual provides individual MCIS training to standard and on time, with 90% of the students successfully completing the course of instruction and receiving system certification; follows doctrine outlined in the TC 6-0 series, "Training the Mission Command Warfighting Function". Teach, and coach during exercise/event execution, simulation functionality and operations to training unit personnel who will be operating simulation workstations during training exercises/events. On occasion, operate simulation system or MCiS for the unit during execution of the training event.
