Job Summary
To perform full range of grounds maintenance functions with minimal supervision and supports the Service Excellence program in all aspects of work.Accountabilities
- Cleans parking lots, garages, walkways, doorways and service court.\u00A025%
- Mows and trims lawns.\u00A015%
- Plants, fertilizes, prunes and sprays flowers, shrubs, trees and sod.\u00A015%
- Operates and maintains underground irrigation system.\u00A015%
- Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs to Groundskeeping equipment.\u00A010%
- Reviews work accomplishments to ensure satisfactory results are achieved.\u00A010%
- Applies pesticides to ornamentals and turf\u00A010%
- Other duties as assigned.\u00A010%

Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
1-year related
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
\u00A0Valid driver\u2019s license, an acceptable three-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart, and a certificate of auto insurance.
