Job Description

Key Skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Access software
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around complex, multiple assignments
  • Ability to analyze and understand data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; or
  • High School diploma or GED and 2 years client services or administrative experience


Physical Requirements

  • Physical demands with activity or condition requiring a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor). Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. May require occasional lifting, lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare detailed client deliverables for LexiCode consulting services.
  • Timely processing of large volumes of data and reports
  • Creates and maintains consultant profiles for use with RFPs and Client requests.
  • Administrative tasks supporting education services
