Summary:Performs testing on a variety of specimens in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation Urinalysis, Blood Bank and limited Microbiology under the guidance of the Laboratory Medical Director and the Lab Manager.
Qualifications:
MLT: Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related scienceandMLT (ASCP), or equivalent, certificationorCategorical CertificationorMedical Technology Program CertificateorHEW CertificationorMinimum of 1 year experience performing High Complexity Testing OR equivalent combination of above.
MT: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science
Preferred: ASCP certification as an MT is preferred.
Required: Three years of related experience.
Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.
Demonstrated organization skills and attention todetail.
