Temporary Human Resources Generalist

Job Description Summary

The Temporary HR Generalist will work with HR regional leadership on key HR initiatives and projects. Additionally, this role may provide strategic partnership and hands on support to a Regional or Functional team to deliver business and people initiatives that drive results. This is a temporary position with an expected end date of July 2021 or a four month contract.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with broader HR team on a variety of HR initiatives and projects within various areas including employee relations, performance management, etc.
  • Analyze data and metrics in order to inform strategic business planning.
  • Collaborates with HRBP and HR COE teams to implement policy updates and process improvements.
  • Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement HR programs within assigned businesses.
  • Provide HR Business Partner support to leaders with focus on driving the talent strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with major concentration in business-related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-focused HR Generalist role
  • Strong business acumen
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, highly matrix environment
  • Analytical with strong project management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Savvy at building partnerships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate confidence in coaching and influencing leaders
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, takes ownership
