Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS) is seeking a President's Office Intern who will offer support on critical projects and initiatives while assisting with tasks related to LIRS' Board of Directors and President's Council. The President's Office Intern will report to the Deputy Chief of Staff and serve as a thought-partner and active contributor to research, planning, and preparation for events and meetings pertaining to the President & CEO.
LIRS is looking for candidates who can work 10-12 hours per week.

Working with and through partners across the country, LIRS resettles refugees, reunites children with their families or provides loving homes for them, conducts policy advocacy, and pursues humanitarian alternatives to the immigration detention system.
