The Temporary HR Generalist will work with HR regional leadership on key HR initiatives and projects. Additionally, this role may provide strategic partnership and hands on support to a Regional or Functional team to deliver business and people initiatives that drive results. This is a temporary position with an expected end date of July 2021 or a four month contract.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with broader HR team on a variety of HR initiatives and projects within various areas including employee relations, performance management, etc.
- Analyze data and metrics in order to inform strategic business planning.
- Collaborates with HRBP and HR COE teams to implement policy updates and process improvements.
- Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement HR programs within assigned businesses.
- Provide HR Business Partner support to leaders with focus on driving the talent strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with major concentration in business-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-focused HR Generalist role
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, highly matrix environment
- Analytical with strong project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Savvy at building partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate confidence in coaching and influencing leaders
- Self-starter, able to work independently, takes ownership
